Ordered a gift for my nieces wedding since we are out here country fur a month. Bottle received was broken. I was sad but thought no big deal I got the insurance just in case something went awry. It did but then they asked for pictures and then a week later wanted my niece to mail the garbage back to liquor barn BEFORE they would send a replacement. To me this is not exceptional service or care for a customer. Had this gone well I was considering this as my new gift giving but so this has been a disaster in my eyes.
