THE WORST EXPERIENCE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I am extremely disappointed with both this backdrop stand and the customer service I received. When I first assembled the backdrop, it would not fit together properly because the main frame was not aligning with the base plate. Then due to their lame instruction video I thought there was essential extension pieces missing from my kit. After they requested multiple emails, photos, and videos, to show the issues. Even after getting rigging it to fit the stand together, the backdrop frame then leaned and did not perform as advertised. What should have been a simple purchase turned into weeks of back-and-forth communication. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, customer service repeatedly requested additional photos and videos to delay the process, and made the return experience unnecessarily difficult. I am left with a faulty product and a frustrating customer service experience that lasted nearly a month.
