I'm in love with my balaclava it's cozy , looks fantastic , it's warm , and on par with what you see in the pictures not as long I as I expected but still an overall great product . Customer support was kind and very helpful so that's a plus. However if you have a lot of hair or your hair is just thick in general it is a tight fit getting on , I wish there were different sizes , but other than that 10/10 .
