Lower than expected

Hello, I ordered a bag of Ehtiopian coffee a few weeks ago (Chelbesa Natural - Yirgachef). Some of the beans look like roasting defects. Please see attached. The taste was acceptable but the coffee doesn`t seem to be scored 87.5 as per your website.

A Surprising Ethiopian Heirloom

For an Ethiopian heirloom, it was lovely & "rich" with quite a low acidity, so it was great as a straight espresso as well as a milk drink. The balance of flavours was excellent which made it quite straight forward to dial in & enjoy.
