I purchased my Aqua Pure unit in 2015 and it has provided me with a quality water source ever since. I was fortunate to have included it in the construction of a new house because I had them install it in the garage for easy access. I had them plumb it to my refrigerator and to a faucet on the main kitchen sink. It's a breeze to service it. I'm very pleased with the quality of the water. It tastes just like bottled water maybe even better. I'm sorry the price of the filters and membrane continue to increase every time I purchase them. But it's worth having a wonderful water source.

Overall system

I have replaced the pre and post filters and replaced the membrane and added to 8lb of pressure in the tank but am still not getting enough water out of the RO system or at a reasonable flow rate. I guess I am sorry that i didn't replace the whole system but was told that they are on back order and to do the things as described above and yet still a disappointing and costly process so far.
