I love everything I bought. I get a lot of comments on my Nap hoodie. I picked up some stuff for myself as well as some early Christmas presents in late Nov. 2 days after my transaction they had a big sale. I reached out not expecting anything. Caveat Emptor. But I asked if there was any way to get a rebate for the sale i just narrowly missed. I got a refund of 30% off my purchase (the equivalent of the site wise sale) a few days later. That was really cool. They didn't have to do that, but I appreciated it. That sort of thing builds loyalty. I've already purchased more since that happened.
