I recently began ballet with UTUBE because nothing makes me feel better than ballet. It's mental as well as physical and I can pace myself. I bought this leotard since I trust Capezio from my much earlier life in dance. . You don't need a sport bra with this. It holds everything in place but allows for flexibility of movement. I am extremely pleased with this.
