make aure you eat something before or immediately after taking these. they work, but only woth food in your stomach. if yo itake them with a fully empty stomach they dont do much for later meals or snacks

it's good but not for me

i was taking these for the past week & noticed that it did not help me as intended. i'm sure it works well for others . i am currently taking lemme grow & lemme immunity which are my faves & also the top priorities for me right now.

Slight change

I don’t bloat often but when I do and take these, I definitely look slimmer than usual. Doesn’t make me farty or anything. I just bought my second bottle
