The plastic retention piece broke on all but one pin on first use.

There is a small detent piece on the pins that allow retention in the specified positions. When turning pins for the first time, 3 of the 4 pin’s broke. They are still usable but small plastic pieces came flying off. Pretty sure that’s not supposed to happen.
