Formula is Cloudy

No instructions came with it, so I contacted customer service, who told me to use 1-2% FO and a 1:1 Polysorbate 20 to FO that I was adding. Even with the 1:1 or 3:1 Poly 20, this base clouds HORRIBLY and does not fully clear and has beads of FO floating in the base. I was told that Chief Formulator is going to write up a "How To" on this for you with the max additions, and I'll get back to you as soon as I receive their response. That was almost a month ago.

Prefer this over others

I prefer this body & linen spray over others I've tried from other companies. Thanks for the ingredient list. Works well with my essential oil and fragrance sprays. My only complaint is it leaks even when its been sealed. Grateful for the bag tied around it but the box was also saturated in one corner.
