I wanted to update my original review because the situation has now been resolved. It turned out that the delay was caused by USPS, and the package had been lost in transit—not by the store. The team was very responsive, helpful, and worked with me until everything was sorted out. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and communication throughout the process. I finally received my sample order, and I’m so glad I did! The samples were beautifully packaged, and thanks to them I discovered a fragrance I absolutely fell in love with. I’ve already placed an order for a full bottle. I’m happy to revise my review because the store handled the situation professionally and made things right. Thank you for the great service, I will definitely order from you again!
