Superb Budget BFS Rod

Comparing this rod to the Old 18 UL Suppressor and Buoyancy, the fit and finish isn’t quite as fancy (foam grip, number of guides). But, make no mistake, this rod kicks butt. Pair it with a decent BFS reel and it flat out delivers. Mine started with an old Zephyr but recently upgraded to an SS Air BFS from Digitaka. Rod/reel combos slings 1/16 oz lures as far as you like and the sensitivity is solid. Great rod, you won’t be disappointed. 👍🏼

I now have like 7-8 old 18 rods and they are my favorites from ultra light to extra heavy they totally rock

Best BFS Rod Made

I have BFS rods from Dobyns,Cashion & Old 18. Old 18 rods are hands down the best I have used. I have 4 Kinetic UL & 2 Suppressor UL and the other rods do not even compare period.
