The mouth guard is extremely uncomfortable to wear.(tremendous amount of pressure on my teeth and gums when I wear it) Contacted customer service for advice, but as of today, still waiting for response. I’ve purchase one of the “male-it-yourself at home” style mouth guards for £10 or so, and to be honest, it’s much more comfortable (it took me many tries but since you’re doing it at home you’re not limited as you would be with this product). Would not buy again

Very good much better than the nhs ones I can feel a difference after the first night and it was comfortable thankyou

the steps for making the mould were a bit tricky first time around but the end result is great and good value
