I need a 66.5cm head size hat which is extremely difficult to source. The Great Outdoors ordered a Tilley hat for me and, after I initially cancelled the order and they refunded me, they rang me to let me know the hat had arrived if I was still interested. I bought it at that point and the cost plus shipping was very reasonable. Phones were always answered quickly and every person I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful.

This hat had been recommended by a friend and I’m delighted with it. It fits perfectly. I followed the measuring instructions and ordered online accordingly. The two cords mean that it won’t blow off in the wind and I like that it keeps me protected in both sun and rain.
