I ordered from overseas. Customer service is helpful, and I did not wait too long for it to be delivered. The bag is high quality and more spacious than I expected. I can fit a A5 notebook, wallet, a small make up pouch, and a plastic water bottle. On it's own, the bag is also lightweight. I use it for work a lot. Planning to purchase more from HAYNI
