Excellent bag with a few flaws.

I spent a long weekend rambling around Iceland with this as my daily carry bag. Most of the things about the bag are excellent, but there are a few issues. The good: It holds a lot more than you might think while remaining compact. I’ve filled it up and it’s still been easy to carry and comfortable. It’s has good rain resistance. On a day with steady rain, some moisture seeped through but nothing inside was wet. However if you’re wearing it with electronics or other things that don’t like being wet, I’d put them in a waterproof bag. There are a couple compression straps which work really well to keep it compact and collapsible. Also it has many interior pockets which are nice. The bad: It had two exterior pockets that theoretically could be used for water bottles, one is solid and one is elastic and zip up. Unfortunately they barely hold any standard size plastic bottles, and they do not hold any standard reusable size water bottle securely. I brought a reusable metal water bottle with me everywhere, and it had to be in the bag, taking up room for other things. The main zipper sometimes sticks. I waxed it and that helped but a better zipper would resolve that issue. Surprises: I have a different crossbody bag that’s a bit smaller with an interior tablet pocket. I was surprised not to find one here. Having said that, I should have read the description better and noticed that there was not that pocket listed. There are compression straps on the bottom that do not stay unless the bag is pretty full. This contradicts the need for them. The strap fabric and construction makes them too slick to stay. Overall though? I love the bag so much I bought a second. It’s really fantastic.

Love this. Perfect size and looks awesome. Works great for tablets and even works with my 13inch laptop.

My husband loved it. Said it was perfect for his everyday carry.
