My second Aeropress now and totally happy with. Most easiest way to get nice coffee.

New color available: Now in CLEAR with less accessories than ever.
The Aeropress is a long companion I‘ve been using for 4 years now. My old one getting darker with every brew and the fitting getting stickier, I got the new clear variant.
Overall it‘s nicely made and I like that I‘m able to see my coffee grounds dancing around, when I flip it brewing inverted. There are some air pockets in my AeroPress. Of which one seems to have a hole. Now I got a clear AeroPress with a little old coffee. Still I don‘t think it‘s enough to return it, as it still makes great coffee.
Now should you buy the clear one instead of the normal version? I‘d say no. It‘s heavier, more expensive, doesn‘t come with a stand (meaning you need to buy something to store your filters) or funnel. I think the value isn‘t quite there. However if you like a beautiful peace of coffee equipment that looks more like being made of glass. It‘s there for purchase. Just don‘t expect a better cup, because you can see your coffee grounds dancing around. And there‘s the not being a complete package as the AeroPress used to be.
3/5 Stars. Makes good coffee. Is more expensive than the normal version and comes with less accessories than before. Meaning you need 3rd party storage things to store (display?) your piece of coffee gear.
