Never ordering again

I have order a lot from this company thru the heads. My daughter only wears bamboo pajamas for the most part and she loves these prints. I ordered a bathing suit and pajamas on 7/14. The bathing suit was mermaid themed for her to wear on her 7/25 party and the pajamas was one of her gifts. Today is 7/28 and I STILL have not received either. I sent an email and received a generic apology and it’s infuriating. Will never order from this company again.
