Very engaging adventure with an unlikely hero.

This is an awesome series with an unlikely hero and loads for off beat friends . i love the complex worlds and characters that were woven into the Hunter for Hire Series. Love, love, loved it.

Johnny is in over his head, being a hybrid and going into the academy as a substitute teacher to meet another hybrid like him. But with all of these books they are funny. Great set of books.

I'm really enjoying this series.

I just finished book 5. Lots of action. Great humor throughout the series. Still looking for the advertised skull. . . Buying the series included all 6 novels. I bought it separately, but believe that book 4.5 could have been included. As it's only a short story for Halloween. However it's not needed to stay with the story line. All in all I highly recommend this series.
