I recently bought a voucher for the cafe and shop online as a gift for someone. I cannot comment on the delivery as I was not at their address. My experience of the website and purchasing the gift was excellent. I sometimes have difficulty with IT but not in this case. I was updated that it had been despatched the same day. I cannot remember if I got a further email when it had been delivered -I wasn’t concerned about the delivery date as there was plenty of time in fact it probably arrived too early!
