Zima UV Case

The Zima website is very well layed out, with lots of information and an easy purchasing experience. I have purchased the Dental Pod pro, as well as the Zima UV case. I find both of these products to be very well designed and easy to use. I originally purchased the Dental Pod as a means of getting away from using tablets to clean my retainer. Their videos seem to show the cleaning process by simply placing your retainer in the pod to clean it. Although I have since purchased their cleaning tablets, I choose to only use these once or twice weekly. I have since purchased another UV case for my wife. Overall, I am very happy with how well these products work and would recommend them to anyone considering them.

I reached out to the support team about an issue with my Pod and was really impressed by their service. They honoured the warranty and quickly offered a replacement or a discounted upgrade as a goodwill gesture. Once I decided, the new Pod was delivered promptly. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and I’ve been enjoying my Pod ever since. Thanks Gian for the excellent service and support—truly appreciated!
