Active™ Hose Reel Wall Mount System

Sent me the wrong product. Should have immediately sent the order that I purchased. Instead they said I have to wait several days for a barcode, then carry this heavy box that I didn’t order back to the shipper, and only they receive it back, presumably weeks later they will do me the courtesy of shipping what I ordered. Horrible customer service. Avoid if possible and if you must, order through Amazon.

Great hose reel wall mount system. It has good build quality and it was easy to install (per instructions). I had to wait a few days for Active to confirm shipment, but it was worth the wait.

Really easy DIY, the build quality is top notch. Worth the extra wait if you have a Active pressure washer. The only con I would say is the locking pin near the hoses could be improved, it would have been much easier to operate if it was on the other side.
