Beautiful product

The product I purchased is beautiful unfortunately the company that shipped it did not handle it. Well I sent picture and communicated with the company. They were very good about it until it came time for a refund. They originally told me that they would refund the entire amount of shipping and then I got a credit for only half of it when I inquired and sent the email highlighting the area where they said they would refund the entire amount. I was quickly refunded the other half.
