As a powerlifter, nothing tears my hands up like heavy deadlifts. Immediately after my training sessions I wash my hands thoroughly and apply Sam's Hard Workin' Hand Salve and rub in. It only soothes the burn, but softens the skin and speeds up the healing process greatly.
