Pro Volley Bands Collection

We started with the Pro Spike Flo, and then we bought the Pro Bands. My daughter plays school and club volleyball. She is using the bands to strengthen her ankles, and prevent injury. She can feel the difference it’s making. We now have our 14yo son using them, since he’s taking off with his basketball journey. I can’t recommend these products enough. If you have a serious athlete they are a necessity!

My daughter has been using the 1 lb ball for a few weeks now and we are already seeing an increase in her arm strength during her attacks and her serves. We can’t wait to see the improvements once after more training and moving up to the heaves balls.

The pro Spike Flow is a great training device. It doesn’t take too much time each day and it is versatile as you get stronger, allowing you to add more as you get stronger. We are already seeing results.
