Quiet operation, cleans dishes remarkably well, I love the different modes. My only real annoyances are minor. I'd like an option to dim the front display while it's running, that and an option to enable uv sterilizer mode at the end of a run cycle. Otherwise it's incredibly spacious, easy to clean. Some modes and settings are tricky without the user manual. Really wish that was available in pdf format for download. The illuminated interior is a nice touch. The fan dry function is inadequate, so I usually use a small desk fan blowing into it for an hour or so to help dry everything after a cycle.

This is my first dish washer. Somehow the daily task of washing dishes was beginning to be skipped day after day (and therefore the backlog became more and more demotivating to tackle). The Loch helped me catch up and to keep up to date on my daily dishes. It uses an amazingly small amount of water -- less than its small external tank holds, to my utter amazement -- and it does a fine job. The only shortcoming is that my daily dishes include lots of small, shallow bowls for my many pets and I have yet to figure out how to load them efficiently. For regular plates and dishes and cups, though, it is easy to load two place settings, a serving plate, and silverware, just as promised and pictured.

I was so excited to have this machine in our new destination trailer and after the first weeks it was a family lifesaver, especially with a baby. Now we're at the end of the 3rd month and it went from iffy electrical issues to nothing. We are just a family of 3 and used the machine about twice a day I cleaned my pots by hand. I'm very disappointed as a new mom in a tiny vacation home you just expect new things to work especially when they are expensive. I would not recommend.
