There is an issue with the heating element, it keeps turning off the moment I turn it on but the massage function seems to work for the time being. I charged the portable power bank before hand and it still had 3 out of the 4 lights glowing showing it was more than half way charged. Very disappointed that I was only able to use it less than 3 times before it broke and to make matters worse, I didn’t get to try it when I was actually on my cycle which is it’s intended purpose. I’ve used it for back pain after a long night at work once for less than 1 hour so I’m unsure how it’s no longer working. I’ve also only had this item for 4 days so I’m really confused on how it could break with less than 1 hour of useage.
