Weak Flavor

To be fair I have only used the caramel syrup thus far. The brand/website/container mentions being very concentrated, however, I had to use what felt like an excessive amount in my latte and could still barely taste it. I'm bummed, I had high hopes. EDIT: the company quickly reached out (on two separate occasions) and offered to mitigate the issue. I will continue to try the other flavors in the box but greatly appreciate the fabulous customer support!
