LANDING Camping Chair

Bad refund policy. Their response email says I can only get a 50% refund because I opened the package! They can’t resell a used chair! I sat in the chair to try it for five minutes and found it uncomfortable. Nowhere does it state on their website that you can’t open anything to check your purchase. Absurd! If Shop can help me please do. First ever problem with a vendor on Shop.
