Previously I was purchasing Smart Water 12 packs for $23. 00 plus’s tax a week for work because I work away from home a week at a time and come home on the weekends. Now I have the ability to filter my own water for my home and travel. When I test the water total resolved solids I went from 276 ppm to 26ppm. You can taste and smell the difference plus the ice from my fridge is noticeably cleaner and clear. The installation is easy enough to be done by the average home owner. I am so disappointed with my experience . When the plumber came to install my unit the first time, there were pieces missing and he couldn’t do the install. The pieces were sent but this delayed my install a week. Today my plumber came a second time and one of the pieces is hanging by a thread. Now I have to wait again for another replacement fitting. This will be the third time to have a professional plumber show up once I receive the appropriate piece. I am so upset and frustrated.
