Easily snagged

I want to love this so desperately and I will say that the staff at hamuhk have been fantastic in helping me, but this hammock is sooooo easily snagged, it has become a source of stress in my home. Even after I convinced my kids to stop getting their toes caught, it gets caught on things on our patio. The other day it was very windy and it caught on a Christmas light. There are now long snags that I need to weave back in. It feels like I'll never be able to stay on top of weaving all the snags back in. For something that was supposed to be a source of relaxation, this has become a major pain for me. Aside from the loose pieces of rope, I will say it's beautiful and comfortable.
