shipping options please

This would easily be a 5-star review had there been an option to ship by ANYTHING other than USPS. The postal service in my city is ridiculously bad at their job. For the 4th time this year, I've watched my parcel arrive in my home city, only see it shipped to another major distribution hub on the other side of the US. Shipping options... please!
