Great Reel

This was my first euro specific reel I have purchased. The quality is very good, the drag mechanism is highly adjustable and the fit is very precise, no problems with thin lines or leaders getting caught in reel gap. I really like the included weighted discs allowing you to custom balance your rig to your liking. It may seem a little pricy but when you consider the tighter tolerances and overall fit and finish I think it is a fair price. All of the other reels in this category and level of finish that I looked at were similar in price.

Smooth reel ideal for Euro Nymphing

The reel is very smooth and being a full cage keeps the line from escaping, the large arbor retrieves line quickly enabling large fish to be controlled in a short amount of time.
