A little more real than I needed, but great.
Using this on an Ultralight LL with a mono-rig so it's doing nothing more than holding a fly line (that doesn't get used). While I don't think it's a full-cage reel the tolerances are tight enough that the long mono leader hasn't gotten stuck anywhere. I'm sure it can handle a heck of a trout, and I hope to put that to the test some day but for now it's doing the least that could be asked of it.
Packaging, like the fly rod was first class throughout.

Not the right reel
I' sure the reel is great, but I tried to get the Averon Euro reel and not the regular Averon reel. Hardy support was unwilling to exchange the reel.

Great reel
I've had a chance to use the reel a few times now, and it performs perfectly. It's super light, has plenty of drag power, and very low startup inertia. I love it.
