When I opened it, it was difficult to get the packaging off and I didn’t know it was so soft so it all leaked out.

When I first got this product, I thought it was a waste. But when I figured out how to use it properly, it became an irreplaceable tool. It really helps to remove glued on nails with minimal damage. However, I do think they are charging more than they should be for the amount of product you get.
