Ultralite NSX SR Fly Rod

Nothing finer than a 2-weight Hardy fly rod

This light rod is a fast but silky rod for use with the paired Resonate reel. Must acknowledge by long-time fandom of this brand, but I have been very pleased by this rod and the combo in my early testing. Have not yet caught a fish on it, but that will be resolved when we get some warm weather in central NC. Absolutely gorgeous combo that casts as good as it looks. Recommended.

It is truly ultralight!

I wanted to have rod in bike packing frame bag. It is a 6piece rod and tube is around 21 inch. Exactly what I needed. It will be there for super streamlined bike fishing trips, where I will have only one rod or to have it all the time as a backup for my other 4WT rod and possibly my new bamboo 4WT. I will post about my rod on Instagram and Fly Fishing Forums next season! Exciting to have a rod of this quality and almost feather light!
