Cheap odor. This company is dishonest they are almost impossible to contact. I tried to cancel this subscription several times with no success. They notified me that an order was coming after it was on its way. Then I couldn’t contact them for days. When I finally did the item had arrived. No way to refuse it when delivered to my porch. Horrible experience and costly mistake. Their pillows are not worth the price as well.
