Love the boots! Fit great!

I own other lacy boots and these black ones are not the same at all. They do not break in the same. I wore them for a week straight and had zero give. Did all the tricks to get them to stretch too. Nothing has worked. HORRIBLE customer service. They have horrible track of inventory. I was sent the wrong size after communicating with them every week for a month about where the boots even were. I wear a 8.5 normally with Lacy, and ordered a 9 instead to size up since they fit differently in black. When I finally waited a month, I was finally given a tracking number. I was told the 8.5 was unavailable anyways. They said they had the 9. I was sent an 8.5. How can they have no idea what they have in stock? I was very loyal to Lacy Boots before and I can easily say I will never buy another pair now.
