Women's Katana Lace

I got these shoes specifically for outdoor climbing as it seemed to offer more support (vs Kubos, which is my go-to shoe), and seemed more hardwearing though the rubber is the same. The fit feels similar to the kubo but it feels a bit more downturned. It is snug and hugs my feet in all the right places. I did not find this as uncomfortable as the Skawmas. I read somewhere online that the new Katanas were made slightly larger than the old version and was recommended to try a 37 when my regular la sportiva size is a 37.5 (I have a 25cm foot and have finales and kubos in 37.5). The 37 was quite snug but not to a point where it was painful. So far I am liking the 37s and they are working out well.

Katana lace has been my tried and true for over 15 years. I have them in two sizes- one for multi-pitching and a half size down for thin technical face climbing.
