Doesn’t seem to work for bed bugs

After seeing their website, I paid more money for this product to get rid of bed bugs. I have been using on my mattress since day 1 I got this, I still got all these bed bug’s bite and itchy skin. Don’t know why I paid for extra money for this although there are much cheaper options for anti bed bug sprays on local supermarket shelves. Is it proven that this product is effective for bed bugs actually????
