If I could give this 0 stars, I absolutely would. I’m extremely disappointed with my purchase. The Vivienne I received does not look anything like the one shown in the reference photos on the website. The shape, details, and overall finish are completely different. I purchased this item based on the photos provided, and what I received is nowhere close to what was advertised. The quality is very disappointing, and honestly, I don’t feel that the product I received is worth the price I paid. It’s extremely frustrating when the reference photos don’t accurately represent what the customer actually receives. If I had seen what the bag really looked like before purchasing it, I definitely would not have placed the order. I do not recommend this product. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and uses accurate photos that honestly represent what customers will receive.
