Mystery Gift!

Very pleased!

First time purchasing to try my hand at vanilla extract and cooking with bean paste. I added the mystery beans in hopes of sampling different varieties and was thrilled to see they delivered! Used a bean promptly in a batch of baked goods while the rest are curing as extract.

I dont know what I was more excited about - the gift or the mini pig fig. Thanks!

Comparison Madagascar-Pomona beans

Very surprised how meaty and flavorful the Pompona vanilla beans were compared to Madagascar. I will buy Pompona beans again.
