Fantastic customer care very knowledgable and friendly repaired my sytem when I didn't know what to do. I hired a contractor to install system and he did a great job in putting it in but he skipped a critical step and it made me call the tech support at APEC to help me with the issue. Immediately the gentleman told me what was wrong and how to fix the issue. And sure enough it worked and my system has been great since. If anyone asks me what water system to purchase I will tell them to purchase and APEC WATER SYSTEM they are great people and great service with dependable and quality products.

Works well

Water is truly soft now. Was unprepared for all water in house to turn off during cycling. Reset timing to 4 a.m. and solved problem. Really nice unit.
