Poor instructions, confusingly added instructions for additional items, parts didn't match list in description. Was missing 2 salt brine connectors. Had to call and get them to ship. 1st attempt, they only sent 1, 2nd attempt they sent 2.

Broken on Arrival

I placed my order for the Memorial day weekend sale, and the first time my tank arrived broken. I was told to file a claim since I purchased order protection, and then had a second tank sent to me, which also arrived broken, media spilled all over, and had to be re-wrapped in a bag by UPS. UPS definitely could have handled the package better, but there was no padding around the tank, which made it easy for it to be damaged. I requested another tank, as this was unusable, and was simply given a refund stating that they could not replace it again. I would avoid this, and just buy where you can pick it up yourself locally instead of being shipped. Too fragile and poor packaging to be shipped.

Apec water purchase

Unit was received with the tank damages, few weeks after installation is now leaking. Request tank replacement.
