Shipping Issues, not properly packaged were lose In the box should’ve used packaging material to keep filters from moving around lucky they were not damaged. But these filters are excellent for Re-mineralization. Will keep buying them but you need to package them right.

In general the products are great however, the instructions are terrible. Get some official youtube videos. teach us non plumbers how to manage your system.
