I haven't been out to use my purchased rod yet, so the review pertains only to GameFish Limited. I used the online chat for a little assistance and found the staff very helpful, with no pressure to buy and no hard sell... just properly helpful. This was a key thing convincing me to buy from GameFish rather than another shop. I purchased, and my order was showing as shipped the same day with tracking. My package was at the local parcelforce depot early the following morning awaiting their delivery. Overall, I can't fault the service or prices with GameFish and I'd be more than happy to buy from them again and to recommend them. Quality products, good prices, great service.
