They are using DHL delivery for fresh meat and chicken, with some ice packs. Delivery for London will take overnight which will result meet will be rotten. The first time I ordered, shipment delayed for three days, the apologize and send replacement which took more than 24 hours on delivery, again I received the chicken rotten and throw them away. I will not order any fresh meat from Bakkali again.
