Parts arrived surprisingly fast, but quality was low

Parts arrived surprisingly fast. Quality was somewhat disappointing. Fit to the winch housing was loose at best. Parts had large sharp burrs and one of the brackets had a part of the ear cut off where it looks like the plate was poorly placed too close to the edge when cutting out.
