Great candles, great service

Candle purchase/Damaged

My candles were thrown into a box with minimal packing peanuts. One of the two candles was shattered. Glass every where, I could have been cut badly. No resolution from seller. I sent a photo as requested. Then sent a follow up email still no resolution .
