Don't fool yourself, what you sleep with effects your sleep quality more than we realize. About a year and a half ago, I rebuilt my wardrobe from scratch as I hated the idea of how much synthetic materials (plastic) were in what I wore. I bought only 100% cotton, linen and wool pieces from trusted sources. However, I was still using a synthetic comforter from Walmart and was struggling with terrible sleep. When I began to get night sweats, I thought, enough is enough. For the first time since I was a child, I am able to sleep for 6-7 hours straight through the night. I am sleeping cool and dry again; it is beyond comfortable! Great Duvet!

We have had our king size duvet for a few weeks and are loving it. The quality feels great and it regulates the heat. I am a hot sleeper and wife is a cold sleep but it works for both of us. We are really happy with the purchase.
